  • We can meet in person in my office or online via Zoom. Anything that needs to be done for the performance expansion protocol can be done via video, unless we decide that I need to see you in action. Then we will arrange for me to come to you. At this point, because of licensing requirements, I can work only with people located in Virginia or Washington, DC. People from other parts of the country or world are welcome to travel to consult with me.

  • We will get to know each other and talk in detail about what’s been happening to your performance abilities. I will take a detailed history oi your time in your field and also go back to your earlier years to understand more about your personality and psychology. After that, I will create a “plan of attack” to start working with the protocol.

  • My offce is in Lansdowne, VA, not far from Washington, DC. I am available to work with you in my office or via online video conferencing. I can also come to you when it’s warranted. Sometimes it make sense for me to observe you in your mileau--where you compete or perform. If so, we can arrange that. At this time, because of licensing restraints, I am able to work with you only if you are in Washington, DC, or Virginia.

  • We can schedule intensive work over several days if you want to travel to my location in Virginia, near Washington, DC. You can fly into Dulles Airport, which is only a few miles from my office. If you are interested, contact me for suggestions about where to stay and how to get around.

  • It varies. You should see some movement and improvement after several meetings with me. Length of our work together depends on the frequency and length of our sessions. After you have completed the initial work and have seen improvement in your performance, you will see me for follow-up to make sure things continue to go well for you.

  • Sometimes it makes sense for me to consult with the other professional who work with you — coaches, teachers, mentors, psychologists, etc. And if you are a teen, I would most likely involve your parent(s) so they can understand and be helpful in the process. This is private and confidential work, so getting others involved is completely up to. you.

  • The hourly rate is $400 with a five hour minimum required. Depending on the situation, the performance expansion process can take 8 up to 20+ hours to complete. I require follow-up sessions to ensue that the protocol is still effective after some time. Travel expenses are not included in the hourly rate and are additional.
